About This Game
The game takes place in the Forbidden Lands, a mysterious and untamed region. Players, as professional monster hunters for the Research Commission, are tasked with investigating the area and unraveling its secrets, which are tied to the story of a boy named Nata and a creature known as the "White Wraith". This unexplored region features diverse, interconnected hunting locales with complex ecosystems and dynamically changing environments. Monster Hunter Wilds is the newest main installment in Capcom's renowned action RPG franchise, released on February 28, 2025, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. It builds upon the foundations laid by Monster Hunter: World, offering an even more immersive and expansive hunting experience. Seamless Open World: Unlike previous titles, Wilds features a fully interconnected open world without loading screens between regions, allowing players to transition smoothly between different environments. Dynamic Environment: The world is dynamic, with changing weather patterns and time cycles impacting monster behavior, creating a more realistic and challenging hunting experience. Palico
A Felyne a cat-like creature fully capable of speaking with people who is the hunter's trusted "Palico" partner. They'll provide invaluable hunting AND moral support!
Alma
The hunter's "Handler" one who manages monster hunt requests, permissions, and quests. She'll accompany you out on quests and provide valuable support and knowledge. A specialist in cultural anthropology and an avid archaeologist
Gemma
A smithy with the Research Commission. She'll take care of all your weapon and armor crafting needs!
Nata
"I was still hoping that I imagined the whole thing..." A mysterious young boy that accompanies you on your journey.
Fabius
As a leader of the Hunter's Guild, he established the Forbidden Lands Research Commission after discovering Nata, and took charge of forming each expedition unit. A former hunter distinguished among the Guild.
